Shipping policy

DOMESTIC

We send your order through Sendle or Australia Post. You will get an email with your tracking details once your order is packaged. We aim to pack everything the next business day, but some larger restocks can take us longer to box.

All orders are sent via regular post.

Postage is free for orders over $150 or $10 for orders under $150.

We put a lot of time and love into packaging your items for postage, unfortunately breakages can happen still. Your item is insured up to $100 and we can do an insurance claim for you if this does happen. All items in this sale are one off so no replacements can be offered.

If your purchase is over $100 you can buy additional insurance for $2 (adds $100 of cover)

INTERNATIONAL

International postage is calculated at checkout.
